VARI-ROLL Composite Gear Testers provide an efficient means of confirming dimensional accuracy for repetitive gear inspection operations.

VARI-ROLL equipment has a proven record of accuracy in the manufacturing, laboratory inspection and incoming inspection gears.

Equipped with appropriate attachments and/or adapters, VARI-ROLL Gear Testers can measure the tight mesh center distance of virtually any type of gear manufactured today.

Two basic models are offered:

• VR-G2 VARI-ROLL basic unit with 5-3/4” center distance capacity
• VR-G4 VARI-ROLL basic unit with 9-3/4” center distance capacity
