The Gearmaster Dual Flank Composite Gear Tester provides for the inspection of large diameters gears up to 28” / 200mm in diameter.  When properly set up the unit will provide readings for Max. and Min. Test Radius, Total Tooth to Tooth Error, Total Composite Error and Runout. 

The Gearmaster allows for the testing of spur gears with spur master gears or helical gears with helical master gear on parallel axis the mount from either bores or between centers.  Or you can also mount worms or throated worm gear sets at a 90 degree cross axis for inspection.

The Model #GM-1 gear tester is a parallel axis bore mount unit that can be mounted with multiple sets of locating vee blocks.  This allows you to have multiple part gear set ups on one unit.
