GearMaster Testers - GM Series

With 9” or 14” center distance models available, the GearMaster line of Double Flank Composite Testers is designed to inspect gears up to 26” diameter and up to 125 pounds. They can be equipped with either Metric or English dial indicators, and they are compatible with the Vari-PC Gear Analyzer System. This line can also be customized with a High Centers attachment or Bevel Gear and Worm attachments.

The Bevel Gear Tester is a unique solution for testing bevel gear assemblies during production and final inspection. It is useful for measuring backlash, performing pattern checks, detecting double flank composite errors, or for checking assembly distances. Spring actuated rotors force the bevel gear set to rotate in tight mesh. Alternatively, the rotors can be set to a fixed center distance for pattern checks.
